Q: What is Paint Sip Socialize?
A: Paint Sip Socialize is fun for all ages. Our artist will give you step-by-step instruction for your masterpiece. It’s a casual class where you are painting and sipping on your favorite beverage while meeting and having fun with others. We play a mixture of your favorite music from Pop, Rock, Gospel, Country, Hip Hop, Trap, R & B and Jazz.
Q: What is the best method to communicate?
A: The best method of communication is to call or text our cell at 770-318-2755 or email us at info@PaintSipSocialize.com.
Q: How do I book?
A: Go to our "Calendar". Click the painting on the date that you would like to attend and follow the prompts.
Q: At what time should I arrive for class?
A: 30 minutes prior to check in, so we can get you seated with all of your supplies.
Q: What if I’m late?
A: In order to ensure that the class runs smoothly, we are unable to seat anyone arriving more than 45 minutes late. We will accept late arrivals up to 45 minutes after the class start time. Class will still promptly end at the scheduled time. Please note that empty seats are given to walk-ins at the scheduled class start time. No refunds! You can reschedule within 24 hrs of class. There is a $10 rescheduling fee per person and must be paid prior to rescheduling the class.
Q: What are the prices for a class?
A: Classes range from $30 to $50 per person depending on what type of class it is and the time. Call or text 770-318-2755 to get rates for Mobile or Private classes.
Q: Do you sell food, snacks, ice etc.?
A: No we don’t sell food. Yes we do have snacks, canned drinks & bottled water for sell. Yes we sell cups and ice for your convenience.
Q: What is included in the price?
A: We will provide you with a 16x20 stretched canvas, paint, brushes, apron, step-by-step instruction, and FUN! You provide the drinks, the snacks, and the smiles. You take your Masterpiece with you at the end of the class
Q: Will my painting be dry by the end of the night?
A: Yes, there might be a few damp spots. We have dryers.
Q: When does the calendar come out?
A: The schedule for the following month will come out on the 21st of every month. Our calendar is typically 6 to 9 months ahead so that customers can plan events.
Q: Do you offer reserved seating?
A: No we don't reserve you must book and pay it in full. If you want a particular seat, you must arrive early. We do offer VIP sections for signature classes.
Q: Can I sit with my friends or group?
A: Yes but we suggest your friends and groups arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to sit together. If this is a large group we suggest one person purchase the tickets and this will automatically secure that your group is sitting together. The person who purchased the tickets should certainly arrive at least 30 minutes early to secure a space together.
Q: What do I wear?
A: Whatever you want. Do you but remember it is a paint class. Although aprons are provided, please dress accordingly. It's impossible for us to promise you that you won’t get any paint on your clothes or skin. Paint splatters and water spills! We use acrylic paint and once it’s on your clothes it typically stays there! Bottom line, wear appropriate clothing. We are not responsible for accidents in this environment.
Q: Do I need to book a class?
A: No but our classes fill up quickly. If you show up and we are sold out we can't include you in the class.
Q: What size is the canvas?
A: We use a 16 x 20 inch canvas.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your class. Same day cancellations NO Refunds!
Q: How do I cancel?
A: Email, call or text 770-318-2755. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with your full name, date/time of class and your cell number. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which must be adhered to prior to your class. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior No Refund or Credit! "No shows" No Refund or Credit!
Q: How do I reschedule?
A: In order to reschedule your existing class, you will need to call or text 770.318.2755 or email us at email@example.com more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled class. There is a $10 per person rescheduling fee that must be paid prior to rescheduling.
Q: Do you do private parties?
A: Yes, we can accommodate up to 75 people. Please call 770-318-2755, 404-390-3700 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
Q: If we cancel class?
A: Paint Sip Socialize reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.

Q: Can I bring glass bottles?
A: Yes. We invite you to bring in your alcoholic beverages but please be careful with glass bottles.
Q: Where do you park?
A: Parking is free in East Atlanta Village. Park on street or any lot. If you park in a lot make sure you are reading the signs. If it says private or no parking. It's on you if you park there. We suggest you get here early to find parking. its a very busy area.
Q: What do I do if I don’t have time to pick up food and drink?
A: We have restaurants and a mini grocery store on our block.
Q: Can we bring confetti or glitter to celebrate a party?
A: We ask that you do not bring glitter or confetti. It is too difficult for us to cleanup in preparation for our next class
